These terms apply to the cross-border access, international routing, and network acceleration subscription services provided by 64VPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules.
Service Scope and Applicability
64VPN provides network acceleration across 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes, client entry points, and subscription details are delivered through the user panel. Available routes may change based on network conditions, maintenance schedules, and service resources.
The service is intended to improve cross-border connections and the experience of accessing international websites. Actual connection performance may be affected by the user's location, access provider, target service status, device configuration, and network congestion. The service scope described in these terms does not guarantee access to any specific website, application, regional content, or uninterrupted connection.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must securely maintain their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and order activity associated with their accounts. Users may not disclose account credentials or subscription addresses, rent, resell, or transfer subscriptions, or continuously provide access to other users through account sharing.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but this does not permit resale or multi-person sharing. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month including 60GB, ¥18/month including 250GB, and ¥28/month including 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used and never expiring. Users should select and verify a plan according to their needs.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the actual place of service use, as well as the rules of the websites, platforms, and applications they access. Users may not use the service for unlawful activities, infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute illegal content, conduct attacks, commit fraud, perform malicious scans, interfere with network facilities, or engage in other conduct that may impair service stability.
Users are responsible for network activity initiated through their accounts. If a particular use is restricted where the user is located, the user must independently confirm its legality and applicable conditions before use. 64VPN is not responsible for access content, transactions, or third-party service results selected or initiated by users.
Availability and Limits of Responsibility
64VPN performs maintenance, routing adjustments, and configuration updates based on route operations. Maintenance, upstream network fluctuations, changes to target services, device system limitations, or external events beyond reasonable control may temporarily make some routes unavailable, interrupt connections, or change speeds. Service will be restored within a reasonable scope, but no promise is made that every route will perform identically in every network environment at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, losses caused by user device failures, configuration errors, third-party service changes, external network problems, or violations of these terms are the responsibility of the relevant party. Users should keep independent backups of important materials and should not rely on this service as the sole means of transmitting or storing critical data.
Suspension and Termination
In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale, continued account sharing, interference with service operations, circumvention of normal billing procedures, or other serious violations of these terms, 64VPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend an account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To investigate security or operational issues, the service may require users to stop the relevant conduct or submit necessary information through the user panel.
Users may stop using the service. After a subscription expires, traffic is exhausted, or an account is terminated, the relevant connection permissions will be handled according to the account status. Termination does not affect responsibilities incurred before termination or refund rights that have already arisen under the refund terms.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
Users may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the account and order records can be verified. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported payment methods; refunds are processed based on the corresponding order records and actual payment status.
64VPN may update these terms when the service scope, technical conditions, or applicable rules change. Updated terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be adjusted accordingly. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who disagree with the changes should stop using the service.
